Two weeks since I sold my 1997 M-Edition and I finally have a Miata back in the garage. It’s a 2017 RF that had been sitting in Prescott Arizona for the past year waiting for a new home. I washed, clay’d, and waxed it today. The clay got more crud off the paint than I would have thought possible. The interior seems a bit tighter than the ’97, and the trunk a bit smaller; both very minor complaints. It’s a blast to drive and one of the prettiest automotive designs on the road today (IMHO). It’s good to be back in the fold.

Congrats! I think that is a great looking car. You might have a tighter interior than my 94 Miata but I guarantee you that your car is a lot safer.

As a smaller guy, the new Miata is the only car that feels the right size for me. I’ve yet to drive one, but I loved sitting in one.
